HOSE REPAIR & RE-COUPLING SERVICES

Whether you’ve burned a hole in a hose or need custom made filler hoses, AHL can help your department with our cost effective hose repair and re-coupling services. AHL can have your damaged hose back in service at a minimum cost compared to new hose.

Prior to repair your hose is inspected to insure it is economically feasible to make the requested repairs.

If the hose is good, we make the repairs using the existing couplings [if good] or we can add new aluminum couplings. With our electric-hydraulic hose expander we can repair both single and double jacketed hose from 1”-6” in diameter. In addition, we can re-couple 4” and 5” Storz couplings to factory specifications.

In the event you would like to use new hose, we have in stock polyester and nylon hose which we can cut and couple to your exact specifications.

Once your hose is built, we conduct a hydrostatic test of the hose and couplings to insure they meet NFPA specifications. In addition, we will provide you with test documentation for your hose records.

LADDER REPAIRS

Why replace a costly ladder when you have a bent rung or roof hook. At AHL our factory trained repairman can repair most ladders at a cost cheaper than replacing a ladder. We have parts in stock for both Alco Lite and Duo Safety ladders. In the event a ladder is damaged beyond repair, we can order you a new ladder at a low price and have it shipped directly to your station.
